Hi, I am Usha Gokhale, Clinical psychologist and Psychotherapist. I have been working in the field of mental health for last 20 years. I work with individuals, couples, families and groups.

I believe in “Confidentiality and empathetic approach to counseling services. I fully trust that, every person is unique and everyone has potential to work on their issues. This approach helps me to offer individualistic interventions to each clients.

Children and adolescents go through different behavioral, emotional and psychological stages as they grow. In that period children and parent also need to understand themselves. Hence parental guidance is one of the important services I provide.
